@Russell Brazil  well I am a little more in the Russell camp I might write say 10 a year.a few of them will be for 20 to 50 lot subidivions so pretty big deals then in the markets I am doing infill in  maybe 5 to 10 a year. but I will say I buy virtually everything I am at.
