Once you have a solid team that understands your expectations and processes, it's a lot easier to scale the business.I look at it this way -- the first project or two takes about 10 times the work as a local project, but once things are running smoothly, all future projects should actually be LESS time consuming than your local projects, as your team will have learned how to be successful without you being an integral part of the day-to-day process.Think of the upfront effort as amortized over all the projects you'll do in that location -- the more you end up doing, the smaller the per-project cost of being remote.
