I think the value of skip tracing these people would be to connect with buyers in the location I am prospecting. 

Sounds like you have one tenant who skipped out on you (or sublet the unit without your permission) and the current occupants are squatters.

There are low-priced options if you want to save your own time and submit bulk/batch skip tracing lists.

Either way your going to have to pay for skip tracing.
