Hi

I rented my SFH back in FEB and I received the rent for 2 months, my tenant didn't pay this month rent and my property manager couldn't get hold of him, my property manager start eviction process that figured out that he rent my house to another family for more rent. The family that are living there didn't have any clue and happy to sign new contract with me, what would be my options here ? Should I keep them? I am not sure if they are even legal residents, what should I do with the actual person who I wrote contract with?
