@Christopher Rivers Investing in a rental property is probably the most important at this point whether in one spot or the other, getting it done is most important.

@Ryan Sarka I stick to the Lehigh Valley area, mostly in the big three cities (Allentown, Easton and Bethlehem).

I think the Lehigh Valley is going to continue bringing in new people which is why I keep buying more there. 

Last year I started my own business in the Lehigh Valley as I saw an opportunity to improve the lending experience that most clients were receiving from the big lenders.

I know that there are multiple homes rented throughout Utah Valley that are zoned to have accessory apartments where both units are occupied by tenants.

I know that most people in Salt Lake are investing in Rose Park, Taylorsville, or West Valley.
