I have been reading many books and doing a lot of research, and I have been told that it is possible in any market.Florida in number 3 in the Nation for foreclosures, and now would be a good time to find a deal.

I'd like to get into research, finance, anaylsis...etc.

Now, I'm realizing that rentals and foreclosures may be the way to go.The first thing I did to get started was to sign up for RealtyTrac's free 7 day trial to see what's out there in my area for foreclosures, and get a couple books from my local library on real estate investing.Somehow researching online led me to your site.

I'm in the initial research stage.

Two investors did there research and homework and were about to break ground on a new condo project.

I researched this neighborhood some more and it is full of REOs being flipped.

Do you find you have time to really research the liens sufficiently?

I'm going to continue to do some research and probably talk to a real estate lawyer and see what the worst case scenario is... but if anyone has TX experience and can chime in, much appreciation!
