I would expect any wholesaling guru to be able to sufficiently cover the basic technicals of it.In my opinion, the main factors to look for in a wholesaling course are the techniques for finding deals and for finding buyers.

I have seen people do well with this technique, but it is also harder than it seems, and filled with problems that can trip you up as a new investor.

This reminds me of a BRRRR technique brought up with regard to refinancing where -  100% of HUD being able to be pulled sooner than 6 months (delayed financing). 

You can't apply techniques of business without a basic understanding of business.

As @Conn Gerrard mentioned, think of creative financing techniques to buy the next one.
