I m trying to weigh out the pros and cons of waiting 6 months for my money to be freed up again or continue moving fast knowing that the interest rates and closing cost are not in my favor.

It would make sense that I may not have found a property that is a “deal”, but figured I’d reach out to the pros like I practice re-arranging the numbers.

Allow at least 10% for a property manager as many have additional charges for additional services.Interview property managers and speak with people using them to find pros and cons of each.
