Starting a corporation?
Hello BP community.
I am inching closer and closer to making my first deal happen. I’m leaning towards purchasing a multi-family as my first investment. With that said, I need a place to live and I want my tenants to help pay the mortgage.
Should I start a corporation? Pros and cons?
Thanks in advance!
