Built on a platform that works in a similar way as Microsoft Office products, you have almost countless ways to customize how/where/when you receive and hold information, documents, communications etc. 

I've been a customer of Buildium since 2010 and am hoping I'm finally entered a growth curve this year as far as property acquisitions go.

In some popular areas the prices have gotten higher then last bubbles but so many areas haven't touched those highs.

But there isn't any software program out there (except QuickBooks)  that will allow us to CUSTOMIZE it personally for our Industry, or for US personally. 

I have a landlord from my attorney (a generic one) but should I spend money to create a customized one with more detail? 

They aren't interested in any SEO or other things that typically come with creating and maintaining a website.Since the site I created (realtorlanding.com) is more geared towards newer realtors that fit the description above, it can't be very custom, but it can be cheap, quick, and good-looking which may be what certain realtors need, especially those who are starting out.If anyone has any feedback on this site, I would love to hear why you think you would or wouldn't like this service.Thanks!
