Please keep in mind depending on location, it is Town or County Policy that the home must be raised from the ground 10-15ft.

I would at least have a title search done even if you're not going to purchase an owner's policy.

Since the 2008 crash HOAs have gotten much more strict on most of their policies (as if that were possible)in many states countrywide.

Plenty of coverage in my opinion with a LL and umbrella policy.  

They take out an insurance policy on the borrower.

Replace "Confederate flag" with "Gay Pride flag" and think through how your policy would be received.

I will do research on how the programs work and what are the requirements and policies :)
