How can I search FHA eligible condos in Orange County, CA area?

There's plenty of MF housing stock in southern Bergen county (Garfield, Wallington, East Rutherford, Lyndhurst, North Arlington, Kearny), Essex (Newark, Harrison, East Orange, Bloomfield), Passaic (Clifton, Passaic, Patterson), Hudson (Harrison, Union City, parts of JC) and Union (Elizabeth). 

I am originally from Orange County, but plan to stay in the Los Angeles market upon graduation, December 2017.I began my real estate experience in multifamily interning as a commercial real estate broker’s assistant at Marcus & Millichap in the Long Beach office.

I've found that asking questions and using red, orange, and green colors work great as they catch the eye from the Facebook blue.  

I went to a conference these guys held in Orange County a few months ago and walked away thoroughly impressed with what they're doing.

I am very much interested in getting advise on this or if someone has taken this program in Orange County, CA. 

there is a REI in orange county that meets in kingston every few weeks, you can find it on meet ups. it cost like 20 bucks or so to go, pays for the venue and refreshments.

My second property I purchased was a 2-family 5 BR , 2BTH home in East Orange NJ bought for $240,000.

I currently flip homes mainly in LA and Orange Counties.

We are mostly growing tomatoes, potatoes and carrots but this year planning to to grow an orchard consisting of fruit trees.
