This is pretty much my only social media anymore :) I'm learning so much and feel really confident in my future.

And of those who have the money to invest they believe the stories/stereotype phrases of the awful tenants who trash the place, getting called at 2 AM to unclog a toilet, etc. and because of this have zero interest in investing in RE.For me, I'm one of those people who HATED working for other people in a 9-5 (I got let go from my job writing sales letters at a media company) but I also realized I needed to make money and not burn through it and so I decided to look into real estate. 

You can't make them be ready to invest in real estate or make better decisions, but I think that by spreading the word about what you're doing and what you're passionate about, more and more people will at least hear what you're saying and tell a friend about it. 

If this post said "I will help with your social media if you will mentor me" I bet you would have agents and investors from all over the place reaching out, because I do not have time to maximize my social media, but it is incredible tool to get seller, buyer, and investor leads through. 

You'd have to dig on social media and local blogs etc.But generally speaking as long as the schools aren't actually terrible, it likely won't have a huge impact on the property or it's already priced in.

Furthermore,  2/10 year spreads have are drastically bloated with a lot of room to compress in them as well.

This structure allows the investor's capital to be spread out over all the loans in the portfolio rather than a specific loan.

It got so bad, that I had to move into one of my other houses and this this one out at a big discount.Then they media found out and twisted that family to be the poor, poor victim of some scummy landlord, that didn't own the property and had been taken advantage of.
