I have a lot of questions as I begin my journey into real estate investing.  Hoping this will be a source for asking questions and supporting each other. 

I feel like I am standing on the edge of a cliff and if I step off there is no turning back.  Taking the first step is scary as hell.  But here I go........

It has been scary for me to when I started, my 2c start with something in the market you understand (e.g. where you live in and understand the market well) and buy something, the effort of getting into contract will teach you a tons.
