How many unrelated people can live together - Atlanta

I am curious about how many unrelated people can live in a single family home in fulton county, Atlanta. I am considering buying a place and I have three people who would be interested in living with me who I would rent to. I was wondering if this was legal in a single family or I would have to go with a multi-family? Is there somewhere that I could find this information? I spent time looking at the government website, but could not find any information.
