I'm about to be 25 doors under management, and I'm looking to significantly scale this further.

Currently own my primary residence and 2 investment properties are a beach condo (short term) and single family home (long term rental).The problem is I run a successful business and have no time to do the research in new markets, deal flow, upgrades, making sure cashflow, property management, etc.I am also not a real estate professional.

Both my management company and the homeowner were sued.

As such I'm shopping around for property managers.

I was thrown in feet first to manage our family's rental properties.

Hi,I am doing a lot of analysis of SBR opportunities in a few different places and talking to a lot of folks (i.e. agents and property managers). 

Managed to check out one episode on organic farming.

Sometimes people who are comfortable managing the details of a job will hire a less skilled person to do it knowing they can get a MUCH better price and a "decent" job IF they themselves stay on top of how the work is being done.

Typically the "owner" of the "firm," on paper, is simply a Loan Officer or Branch Manager, and all "his" employees are actually Loan Officer Assistants with pay-stubs that say "XYZ Lending" on them.
