Get your brave on - but know certain things are left to the pros:   Electrical Repairs/Rewiring, Major Basement Renos, Plumbing, Structural Work, Gas Appliances. 

The basement has already been finished, however, it lacks 2 egress windows for each bedroom and a full kitchen which I will need to rehab over the next few months to make rent ready.

Hello everyone,I hope you are all well.I am still educating myself on rental property investing and have a quick question to you if you would not mind.If I have a rental property and a tenant is living there:If for any reason for example, the faucet of the kitchen leaks water or breaks, or anything related to the bathroom gets damaged, or for example the fridge gets damaged.

One reason is to prevent rate increases due to claims.Suppose the tenant has a grease fire in the kitchen.

Imagine flippers flipping crap, home owners fitting repair bills, lack of confidence in banks to refi, less people buying houses, less homeowners buying new appliances etc to support a large piece of the nations GDP.

When we purchase the property we will be renovating all of the units 100% so new applicances, kitchen, windows, doors, cabinets, bathrooms and balconies.

This is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.

I have an upcoming rehab that needs siding, gutters, soffit repairs, floors, drywall, HVAC, a kitchen, and a bathroom.Ideally I'm looking for someone to take on the whole project.
