If you want to calculate taxes yourself it's pretty straight forward, add up the total millage for both Summer & Winter, Divide the SEV by 1000 then Multiply the two numbers for your annual taxes.Tom A already linked the State calculator which makes life really easy, but it's still nice to know what the numbers all mean and how to manually calculate this stuff.

Seems like most good wholesalers have a small core list of buyers that buy most of their stuff and they have easy transactions with.The 5,000 person list with the huge email blast and the like is usually for things that the core group all pass on for one reason or another.Mike Nelson had a pretty good article on this topic earlier this week on the main BP Blog:http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/01/16/buyers-lists/?

Some new GE installs have an air gap that can get blocked on & off with debris & that's an easy clean out.GE drain pipes run back from under the middle/front of the dishwasher into the rear of the machine & then it snakes up to exit through the cabinet wall.
