Do some marketing and networking, talk to friends family neighbors relatives and let them know what you are trying to do. find some deals that will cash flow for you. having several of those is the only way that you will move forward with your financial Independence.

I was advised to look into more independent offices for the flexibility.My buddy's deals are usually 3-6 month processes but also typically 3-5 times the average value of a single family home.
