Greetings! From MA/NH most my life and live in Boston area now. I have a job outside of real estate but connections in real estate that logic dictates I might be able to take advantage of.

I don't see myself doing this full time as I am the breadwinner at home and the full time job I have no pays the insurance and the bills! However, trying to see if I can supplement and hopefully turn this into something I can do on my own someday.

Welcome @Eric Stafford

Having that W2 income makes things so much easier for getting a loan. I would recommend getting together with local investors as that will accelerated your growth and keep you focused in real estate. There is a bunch of meetups around Boston. Boston Wealth Builders, Black Diamond and Metro West Real Estate Professionals are a few that come to mind and are FREE. Let me know if I can help in any way. Good luck and hope to meet sometime
