Hi guys,  We are wondering if any other property managers or co-hosts are having any luck with new ways of gaining customers? 

I just became aware of what's called a Coverdale account, which lets you bundle or partner separate accounts with an existing IRA account. 

There are no hosts in that city so I was thinking of installing a WiFi keypad entry on the door to manager from the US.

When you get a chance, look up some the the cashflow events that I host, only quarterly now, and you will definitely gain significant value in learning about real estate investments, risk and mortgage debt. 

Hi Joe I’m hosting a meetup in Salem (1/16) and lowell (1/9) next month.

If I can acquire other properties in a similar value range, then I could potentially bundle them all for take-out.

They also host a meet-up called 'Pints and Properties' on the second Saturday of every month.

Though, as Ryan alluded to, getting a green card from the state is a bit of a process, converting your home from a 2 family to a 3 family in the eyes of Union City is *extremely challenging* (and may be impossible) depending on a host of factors like the zoning of where the building is; the apartments (do you have fire escapes?
