BLUF (bottom line up front): Looking to BRRR rentals in Fayetteville NC.

Discussion. Navy guy here looking for first BRRR property in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas. I pride myself in fair and honest deals; looking for the same in future long term partnerships. Want to apply military vigor to building wealth in order to give back to fellow veterans.

Immediate (90-day) Goals:

- First BRRR deal by MAR 2020

- Complete sale of North California (Suisun City - not on fire) home, expecting to use $50k+ to invest in Fayetteville, NC

Intermediate (1-2 yrs) Goals:

- At least 3 properties/deals by the end of 2020

- At least 5 properties/deals by 2021
