I do love the work ethic, side hustles are a great way to add income and make it faster to invest.

Hi Kevin, it seems like your off to great start.

You bring up several great points and I understand the skepticism. 

Money in hand sounds great, but my portfolio strategy (even though it’s currently small) is long term buy and hold.

@Greg ScottPeople don’t know what they don’t know and think they are doing something great by raising $ and hoping to reap the rewards - not understanding that if it goes bad it can go very bad for them.Mauricio also posted a LinkedIn post on this and it’s always been a challenge and for those who have sales people but cannot pay them a commission like most sales jobs offer unless they are licensed.

If these were great, easy going tenants, I would probably get them a new key and move on with my lifeBut these people would annoy the hell out of me....... and I'm not going to continually enable them to make me there servant for every little issue.

Do you have any recommendations how to distinguish great architect from not that great for my project?
