My favorite is when you drop a tool/plywood/whatever into a hole in dry wall trying to fix it and then you have to make the hole bigger to get it back out.I've also managed to drop a screw driver into the back of a garage concrete had just been spread in, about 5 feet below the floor of the house.

When we did the clean up of the house after her departure, we discovered she had kept a cat in the house in direct violation of our No Pets Policy and had extensively pock marked the newly refinished wood floors with her stiletto heel shoes.
