Bathroom Rehab assistance. HELP!

I am planning on rehabbing the bathroom of this multi unit where I am owner occupant.

Dimension of the bathroom 8FT 3in by 5 ft 3/4 in.

I want to completely demo the bathroom.

1. replace bathtub with a custom glass stand up shower. (as pictured)

moving of shower drain will be done to make it more functional.

2.  replace and placement of vanity and toilet to make it more functional.

pictures of how it looks now and how I would like to it to look are attached.

Just wanted to know of any suggestions on what is expected on labor costs and materials to complete this work. I'm not looking to resale but how much resale value will I regain by redoing this bathroom if and when I decide in the future?

I will look for a contractor to do this. I was given a quote of $2,400 for labor cost and I supply the materials.

I have attached pictures of how it looks currently and an idea of how I would like to transform it.

This is my first post and Thank you for all your suggestions.

You can have people ballpark the cost for you on this website, but the ideal thing to do would be to identify the fixtures you are going to use and get hard pricing on them.  No one on here is going to know what fixtures you're looking at.

What is the current flooring?  If it's not tile, your looking at pulling up the subfloor, installing Durock or another comparable material...pulling off baseboard heat covers and such.

Going to need to demo drywall at walls to insert proper backing for full height tile.  Add some blocking for seat and other bathroom accessories.   When was the house built and what are the walls made of.  Horsehair plaster? Drywall? Figure on patching the ceiling where you demo'd the walls.  Then figure out repainting the ceiling

Tile you're talking at least a day for the floor and a day for the wall.  Then a day or two for grouting and cleaning.  Sloping of tile to drain.

Re-route all the drains for sink, toilet, shower drain.

New rough plumbing and final connections for new fixtures.

New lighting?  I wouldn't put a nice new bathroom setup with the old lighting.

Build the job in your head, make sure you're thinking of everything involved.
