Got on that board, took control of that checking account, increased dues and started the money flowing to get the place looking pretty damned good (if I do say so myself) and all the safety issues addressed, while still putting money into reserves.Investors who continually fight dues increases shoot themselves in the foot.

@Terry Hershberger usually properties in A-B areas like Irvine dont even cash flow probably break even if you put down 25%-35% and thats on a 30 year amortization.
