Learning the Atlanta market

Hey BP family! I'm a new investor from St. Louis wanting to learn the ins and outs of the Atlanta market. I plan to start with a small multifamily BRRRR and work my way up to larger multifamily properties. Before I start looking at deals I want to learn everything I can about the market and specific neighborhoods. I do plan on visiting Atlanta very soon.
