What was your favorite experience in LA?

Arizona seems to be a favorite and closer to you. 

One of my favorites; Need "Investor friendly" attorney, Realtor, title company, appraiser (or anyone who is a professional and knows better!)

My personal favorite is the Black Diamond meeting that alternates monthly with it's Waltham and Worcester locations.  

Tenant had to break lease early, and I end up renovating my least favorite unit and increasing rent $300/month!

Hi @John Britt one thing my former company used to do was Land Banking, is a very unique for of real estate investing for banks,hedge funds and long term investor, find out the possibilities your land has, permits and regulations Farming or for development, if farming look into the possibility of farm venture, somebody buy the land farm venture and lease back the land to farmers. 1) Find Zoning 2) Find what grows in there3) see what added value you can achieve, buy doing improvements4) start making calls. anything you need i am here to help is own of my favorite topics in real estate. 

I wanted you to know that San Antonio is my favorite place.  

The prices for our favorite type of property (SFD with suite under 450) has been moving at a red hot pace.

Don't forget, they're getting a commission, so they will want to find deals for you.I've met and dealt with many realtors, but my favorite one that I have now, blew my mind when we started looking at places.
