What have property managers done for you that made you feel confident enough to refer them to other investors or agents?

I've been a real estate investor and consultant for nearly a decade and firmly believe ADUs are the best way to find cash flow today.I joined BP to learn more about how investors are thinking about finding ROI in today's real estate climate.

I want to know the pros and cons should I take the traditional route and go through a agent or look for wholesalers? 

Hi, would love some input/advice on buying a small cottage in Saugerties, upstate New York(mid Hudson Valley).Looking at buying as a STR/vacation home for myself.  

We were able to work a deal in the last 2 weeks before it was finalized, we had to pay the max amount of interest for back taxes and water bills and liens on the property.

Hi everyone,I have a unique situation wherein we placed 3 properties (all located in maryland, baltimore city) into an S corp and looking to transfer at least 2 of the properties out of the LLC into a multi-member LLC partnership.1)  are we subject to transfer taxes or fees for the transferring?

Do you have access to the MLS for true ARV?
