I'm Andres, Founder of Los Arcos Development. We're focused on solving CA's housing crisis by making it easier, faster, and less expensive to build high-quality housing units. We do this through ADUs, SFHs, and MF apartments. I've been a real estate investor and consultant for nearly a decade and firmly believe ADUs are the best way to find cash flow today.

I joined BP to learn more about how investors are thinking about finding ROI in today's real estate climate. ROI and financial gain are truly the best catalysts for solving big problems like housing affordability and availability. It's our goal to leverage this catalyst towards creating ADUs and housing where otherwise vacant land currently sits. So we make developing make sense for investors.

We're also leveraging modular construction technology and standardizing traditional construction processes to develop faster and easier than ever before.
