I want to buy some easy ones I can just get started on the cash flow aspect then dive into using the BRRRR as I find some contractors in those areas.Yeah Columbus area is rough and wouldn't touch stuff over there myself, but there are some central areas that are decent that fit the 1% rule.Exactly, I'm looking for growing areas that might offer a good deal and while not appreciation my main focus is cash flow right now as I'm getting started.

For myself I've been looking at temporarily relocating to a Midwestern neighborhood enabling me to manage some projects myself in a market where cost of entry is lower and cash more readily available.I think using family money on RE deals can be an excellent way to both increase the volume of deals you can take part in and also enable your family members to benefit from your REI knowledge and skill.

@Keith Rivera as mentioned by other BPers, the section 8 program can be used in the fashion that your business plan determines.However, you still need to screen the section 8 tenants just as you would any non-section 8 tenant, to ensure that you have the best fit for your property.

I was absolutely blown away at the thousands upon thousands of colour choices that one has, but was relieved when I finally managed to match my tile colour with a wall and cabnet paint.I am pretty excited to see how this beautiful kitchen island will fit into the overall design, and am really chuffed as to how this has come out.
