I enjoy doing hands on work/project work so not only should I make a profit but I can do something that I am passionate about.I have decided to sign up here because there is a wealth of information and I could certainly use any advice and feedback as I go through this process.Thanks for the great forum!!

They both said they contiuned to make money from the tax benefits, and even more when they sell properties, as this area has been enjoying some great appreciation.

as long as the "work" is accepted by the person doing it, to be worth the sweat, blood and tears.i enjoy working 18 hour days.

these speakers should have experienced people asking questions -- I enjoy going and meeting people and listening to some of the speakers but newbies should be forewarned.

It was a LOT of work, but now I can enjoy life and only work 3-4 hours per day, 3 or 4 days per week!

Even if you have time to waste why do anything else UNLESS you happen to enjoy the activity.2.

Mike, I respect your superior knowledge but I must state that I haven't enjoyed the tone you've used with me through this thread.I'm not a stupid person and I'm also not naive.

Now it's great because I am doing what I really enjoy..Its great..

. ;) He enjoys construction (where he is currently working for someone else), and with his GC license we are thinking of possibly doing some fix and flips.I am a little more interested in doing some wholesaling, but at the moment I am open for ideas.

Of course one can always learn and gain more knowledge in his or her expertise.
