@Jane Dang I believe the property taxes change from year to year. 

He went to get his spare keys at the house and when attempting to enter the home, all the locks had been changed and someone had moved into the home, furnished it, and turned on utilities in their name.

You can get exception if the property was recently acquired although this rule is going to change pretty soon. 

Typically people mail every 3-4 weeks to give the sellers some time for their situations to change.

I am currently working through the education on this board and recently joined REIA of Cincinnati.  

For what is usually a minimal fee you get education from people who have "been there and done that" and, equally as important, the opportunity to network.

I gave myself 6 months to a year to increase my educational knowledge and practice deal analysis.

Sitting and listening to a lecture, for me, is mostly useless (I do my education at home). but I'm just one guy.

And also concerned about the property being owned in by LLC (I'm the sole member). 2) I could "make it my primary residence" temporarily but that would mean changing all my info to receive mail at this location.

Be patient, but one SFH is not life changing.
