I’ll probably be more passive in the asset classes I don’t know-like mobile home parks, and active on the ones I do know - MF and development.

@Brad E.I probably wouldn’t do this through up work or fiverr but you absolutely can outsource it to a dedicated bookkeeper VA.

Was happy to help the buyers who are an older couple with mobility issues who now have a single floor home that fits their needs.

I know the dogma seems to be to own parks with resident own mobile homes.

If I clear the land out, is it feasible for me to make mobile home park on a lot or would it cost way to much to even set it up?
