The ones I know self managing deal with it daily so they can adjust their prices to lower their vacancy rates.Good news is it sounds like you have the infrastructure and location in place for STRs, so the risk is low to go that route.

I'm sure I've had borrowers engage a PM (on a short term basis) just to get the financing closed up.

I am figuring this would be a case-by-case basis, but just trying to get an overall opinion for a newbie and I have never been a landlord before.Thank You in advance
