Did the LLC pay for the members real estate education and/or quarterly MLS access fees, as well as, their annual National Association of Realtors dues?

Hello BiggerPockets,Do any of you folks use census data like demographics, income, population , education etc in selecting a property or do you think it’s an overkill.Given 2020 census data will be accessible soon curious to see how the community is using it. 

Maybe the intention is to educate, but what actually happens is they come in bashing and not educating.

I'm sure good appraisers have educated themselves.But I would wonder if you should be asking, "What is the best system to choose given my desired outcome."

In most places they provide free "coaching" as long as you go into a meeting with the city prepared with specific questions and proof that you have at least tried to research and educate yourself on the situation.

I am very new to the world of real estate investing (like just starting to get into learning the in's and out's of the business, trying to educate myself before jumping in) and I am finding myself overwhelmed with information.  

However, you should first educate yourself a bit further in regards to lending so that when you do call around you sound legit.

My whole goal with real estate and increasing my financial education is to free up my time where I am not doing the things I hate so I can do the things I love! 

I'd recommend starting off with more education.
