Newbie education question
I am very new to the world of real estate investing (like just starting to get into learning the in's and out's of the business, trying to educate myself before jumping in) and I am finding myself overwhelmed with information. I have been jumping between the podcast, books, webinars and articles and would like to become more focused on a step by step educated process. Besides the obvious "Introduction to Real Estate" video series, does anyone have a path they followed on educating themselves before making their first purchase?
