Where did you get training, help on developing the structure?

We charge clients for a replenishment of hot tub chemicals - usually once per year, as well as $30 per month for pest control. 

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for firms that provide setting up correct entity structure (S-Corp on operating side / LLC on non-operating), and also provides tax prep and planning.

So this is my first property to have a GC I am building a relationship with give me a full cost breakdown structure (which I paid him $250 for, as I wanted it to be worth his time as I might need a ton of these before he gets work).  

Does anybody see anything wrong with any of these Numbers with how I'm thinking of structure in this note?

For both options the treatment will be using the same method but different product / chemical being used.

Has anyone had experience with sort of structure when starting out? 

I realize it is not a property with a structure but It is a great part of town to build on. 

In order of cost: #1 - Roof, #2 - Foundation, #3 - Sewer, #4 - Electrical, #5 - Structural

However, we are considering an LLC structure currently.
