Daah, you keep it confidential with each party, your agreement with the borrower can state taht the payment of the loan costs or discount is subject to confidentiality, likewise, the purchse is done the same way.Now, some states have disclosure requirements to the borrower, but that is after closing the note transaction, and you can comply with that disclosure, but there is no restriction of the borrower paying it off before another payment is required.
