Keep the contractors busy.

Not familiar with section 8, but it does feel that they can trust Zillow but they can’t trust us… it’s a business decision but I can’t help to think it’s a bit of personal, thanks for your feedback 

A little background, my business partner @Sarah Kozlik , and I both grew up with single moms and saw the struggle firsthand.

If I get the place rented at the amount discussed with the property manager, I'd be basically breaking even.Obviously, the first order of business is to get the first rental property filled, but I'm wondering how I should go about acquiring the next property.

A wise way to do business is to have the person you do not know what they meant, tell You specifically what they meant.

Hi Everyone  I am looking to start an Airbnb business in CA to fund future ownership of a house.

And I don't really mind when people use some of these alternative products out there...but some lenders are very desperate for business right now. 

But again if you've got other like businesses it's very profitable.
