Closing costs are typically the money that you pay to the real estate agent, broker and title company (among other things )

I’m by no means an experienced investor but I have never heard that the interest rate between residential multi family interest rates are different.A broker told me the interest rate for a 1, 2, 3, 4 are all different.

We all know connecting with some agents/brokers are difficult. 

If you are comfortable with it, be a bit sentimental about wanting property near your parents.If you come up with a good letter, consider working with a list broker so you can mail to seniors who might be ready to downsize or transition to assistance.Good luck

I'm still doing research into this.I also talked to a prominent Keller Williams broker. 

One realtor in Northern Virginia finally told me, "Sugar, if any MFH come up for sale and have positive cash flow, we (realtors/brokers) will buy it before YOU ever hear of it".I'm thinking of SFH in Florida.chris
