Hey everyone,

This will be my first post on here, longtime reader. I recently moved to Miami and am trying to connect with real estate investors, rehabbers and brokers. I’d like to start an on-going thread focused on Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I see mainly old posts regarding Miami or South Florida for that matter, so if you’re interested feel free to comment or message me.
