Im subscribed to a NY landlords group on Facebook to stay up to date with current events and they seem to be having a hard time finding representation in NY to argue against the moratorium.

As long as you take action. all of a sudden you will realize you are obsessed and you a portfolio of 10+ homes and it's beautiful! 

I am from Texas so our Cabin getaway area here is Broken bow, Ok which is Beautiful but that area the prices have shot thru the roof, but I was looking at Murphy and it sure seems like it maybe a rising area for the cabins stays.

She's a beauty and will hopefully make some tenants very happy while making me some good money :)
