Happy Holidays BP fam. I had a conversation with an attorney regarding post covid evictions in NJ. I would like to share the follow up email. Please give me your honest feedback. This is one of a few attorneys I am having conversation with.

TIA

It was a pleasure speaking with you this afternoon. I hope you found our conversation informative and helpful. If you are comfortable with my representation, I would be happy to leverage my firm to provide you assistance with regard to your concerns relating to your two (2) rental units. As discussed my firm provides service under two cost models: (i) the first is a $5,000 fixed fee retainer for 6-months which is inclusive of administration, advice, counsel and representation for non-litigation matters; (ii) the second is a $5,000 standard retainer billed hourly at a rate of $375/hr for assistance as necessary. Under both models fees and litigation (i.e., court appearances) are billed separately. In some instances you may be able to recover fees and litigation expenses from tenants when matters are required to go before the Court.
