After getting past the baby years with daycare, formula, diapers and everything else that little ones require, I was finally able to spend a few years grinding and paying down my debts little by little, continuing to take care of my family, keeping a roof over our heads, and saving as much as I could.

The development has a large garage so it comes with 2 parking spaces.It's in a solid B area and is actually walk-able to a shopping development with Whole Foods.

And I'm founder/owner and ran my own successful natural food firm for 28 years.

Biggest problem we have is when tenants dump food waste & the trash can is immediately overrun with maggots by the time the trash is picked up. 

She wants to quit in the near future because we have a baby on the way and her work does not even offer a single day of maternity leave - also she doesn’t get paid a ton.

When he goes out driving around looking at potential rental purchases it would make more sense to have a business so it can be written off (mileage/food, internet, computer, and other expenses) if he is looking to grow rental portfolio but isn't buying an SFR monthly.

Then ask for affordable housing (if that exists) and see if there's any grant monies available.That should be enough food for thought to help you take action!
