Are you actively investing?

Hey Everyone,I've been listening to the BP Podcasts for some time now and am now looking to become more active here on the forums after seeing how much is offered here.I'm looking to purchase my first property in a little over a year from now, any advice is much appreciated!

The recovery is certainly over and most markets are in the expansion phase, which then leads to hyper supply, and then the next drop or recession.

One of the things that transformed my business when I was a new agent was marketing to my sphere and actively asking them for referrals.  

But the seminars and boot camps are not their only source of income, they are still active in the real estate market. 

Real estate has always been a passion of mine, every since I was younger, I am also a licensed 2nd generation Home inspector, can't wait to get active in Real Estate !!!

For now I'm in a capital recovery phase so I have some time.

I'm actively trying to find a decent property manager if hear of any!

I'm a investor/wholesaler in Jacksonville,Fl and may I say we can always use a HM lender with a investor background that understand the actual needs of active REI.Well if you decide to lend do share your lending criteria.Cheers

Again, you're going to look for corporations, and obvious investors, but If you have a lot of activity, chances are you will come across a few buyers that buy and sell on the same day or within days of buying.
