I grew up in Providence and now live in Melrose, MA but invested in a 3 family on the hill last year.

I am intrigued in these markets due to economic and population growth like:Greenfield, IN = population grew 16.5372% since 2010Brownsburg, IN = population grew 141.2638% since 2010I heard they are building distribution facilities in Greenfield which is great for local economy.

I grew up not too far (Boston) and am very familiar with the area.

Hey Yazen, I grew up in San Francisco and moved to Austin in early 2017.

I'm a 2nd shift factory in New Hampshire, but I grew up in Houston and moved to stay with family when I was 18.

Usually it's because your family grew...so you need a bigger place. 

And honestly this may seem like a simple question but after I get rolling Flipping homes, I do plan on scaling my business to Flipping 3-5 homes simultaneously and just for clarification, from the research I have gotten on how flippers grew their business.

I actually grew up in Hazel Green and it has grown SO much in the last five years (addition of Walmart, dozen restaurants, etc).

@Einat Menashe Eastbrook Dr is in on the cusp of the high crime area (I am in Huntsville and grew up here).Lee HS is not a preferred HS and Chapman is one of the worst Elementry schools-my son went there 4 years ago for 1 year before we moved to a better district.
