Since it resulted in a person being shot I believe police should had done a complete investigation in interviewing multiple witnesses, ballistic projectile travel, etc.

I will give you my thought on this subject only.If you are going to pay someone to mentor you in the fine art of investing, make sure they have a history of success, TALK IS CHEAP, investigate, look at their portfolio, research their background, get proof that they are what they say they are, there are just too many con-artist out there that will tell you anything to get to your wallet!

He came up with an investigative report from 2010 that showed that house has settled and it is suspected that this is due to sinkhole activity.Based on this finding, I approached the sellers agent and he immediately agreed to drop the price of the home to 55K (originally it was priced at 80K).
