Maybe you already have but I'd definitely suggest digging deeper into the numbers using the BP Calculator or some other method.

This is a quick timeline of the Series LLC’s history and doesn't dive into much case law - but that is because there isn't much against it, otherwise everyone would point you to cases where it fails to be upheld.

Dig deeper and see what you get for that price as compared to other companies in your market.

Once you determine what niche best fits your goals, I’d recommend digging deeper and finding people who are experienced and successful in that niche to help you get started.

I have learned a lot over the last few weeks, but now gonna dive in & learn all I can about being a newbie investor.
