Hi to all -- 

  I am interested in the Note Biz, which I found out about thru some videos of Dave Van Horn's on Youtube thru this site's Youtube channel. I was blown away by the info that was offered there, & decided to check things out on this site. I signed up as a member & WOWWWW there is a crazy amount of FREE info here!! Whoohoo!! I have learned a lot over the last few weeks, but now gonna dive in & learn all I can about being a newbie investor. Thank you!
